We aim to collect and use personal information only for purposes reasonably appropriate to our activities and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Assessments, questionnaires and information you provide

JustCulture.how may provide assessments, questionnaires, diagnostic tools and other interactive services.

Information submitted through these tools may be used to:

  • calculate or generate results;
  • provide feedback, reports or recommendations;
  • understand organisational needs;
  • improve our methodologies and tools; and
  • develop aggregated or anonymised insights.

Assessment results are intended to provide insight and stimulate reflection.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, they do not constitute an audit, certification, regulatory assessment, engineering assessment, safety approval or professional opinion concerning a specific operation.

Sensitive operational information

Do not enter or upload classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive, commercially confidential or otherwise restricted operational information through the public website unless GO11 has expressly agreed an appropriate method for providing that information.

You should also avoid providing personal information concerning another person unless you are authorised to provide it.

This is particularly important when using assessments, contact forms and digital tools.

5. Accounts and login information

JustCulture.how may offer user accounts and other authenticated services.

If you create an account, we may process information such as your name, email address, organisation, account preferences, login and security records, assessment history and information associated with your use of the account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, GO11, our systems or our intellectual property.

6. Email, newsletters and marketing communications

You may choose to receive publications, invitations, information about books, training opportunities, events, services or other communications from GO11.

Where appropriate, we will provide a means to unsubscribe or change your communication preferences.

You may also contact help@justculture.how if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary for an existing business relationship, transaction, account, service or legal matter.

7. WhatsApp and other communication channels

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp Business, telephone, social media, messaging applications or another third-party communication service, we may receive and retain information associated with that communication.

The provider of the communication service may separately process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Where appropriate, GO11 may use these channels to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, support clients or communicate with people who have chosen to interact with us through those channels.

We may also use such channels for commercial communications where permitted and appropriate.

  • how we can improve the website and user experience.

Marketing and communication technologies

If introduced, these technologies may help us understand the effectiveness of communications or campaigns and provide relevant information to people interested in JustCulture.how, our publications, events or services.

We will update this policy as the technologies used on JustCulture.how evolve.

10. Your cookie choices

Where required or appropriate, you may be offered the ability to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies through the cookie settings available on JustCulture.how.

Essential cookies necessary for the operation, security or authentication of the website may not be capable of being disabled through those settings.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect some website functionality.

These third parties may use their own cookies or similar technologies and may collect information when you interact with their services.

Their processing of information may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

GO11 is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites and services.

Our clients, users, professional advisers, technology providers and other service providers may be located in Singapore or other countries.

Information may therefore be stored or processed outside the country in which you are located.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, GO11 will take reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances and applicable data-protection requirements.

14. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected or for legitimate business or legal purposes.

This may include retaining information where necessary to:

  • maintain an active account;
  • provide an assessment or service;
  • maintain records of a client relationship;
  • comply with accounting, tax or regulatory requirements;
  • resolve disputes;
  • establish or defend legal claims;
  • maintain security and fraud-prevention records; or
  • maintain records of communication preferences.

When identifiable personal information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.

15. Anonymised and aggregated information

We may create statistical, aggregated or anonymised information from information collected through our website, assessments, training, services or other activities.

Where information has been effectively anonymised so that it no longer identifies an individual, we may use it for purposes including:

  • research;
  • benchmarking;
  • development of our methodologies;
  • improvement of assessments and tools;
  • analysis of organisational and industry trends;
  • publications and presentations; and
  • development of new products and services.

We will not intentionally identify an individual in published aggregated or anonymised information.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

Measures may include access controls, authentication, appropriate technology providers, system monitoring and internal procedures.

However, no website, communication system, cloud service or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should therefore avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms, email or messaging services unless an appropriate secure method has been agreed.

17. Your personal data and requests

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you.

You may contact us to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • request access to personal information where applicable;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • withdraw consent where applicable;
  • change your communication preferences;
  • request deletion where appropriate; or
  • raise a question or complaint about our handling of personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Certain requests may be subject to legal exceptions, and some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security or legitimate business reasons.

18. Business clients and information about other people

Where an organisation provides GO11 with personal information concerning its employees, contractors, representatives or other individuals, that organisation is responsible for ensuring that it is authorised to provide the information and that any necessary notices, permissions or other requirements have been addressed.

Where possible, assessments concerning teams or organisations should avoid unnecessary identification of individual employees.

19. Children

JustCulture.how is primarily intended for professionals and organisations and is not designed as a service directed specifically at children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where this was not appropriate, please contact help@justculture.how.

20. Automated tools and artificial intelligence

GO11 may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, to support functions such as content processing, analysis, assessments, customer support, research and the operation or improvement of digital services.

Where such technologies process personal information, we seek to use them consistently with this Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Users should not submit classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive or highly confidential operational information to an automated tool unless GO11 has expressly provided an appropriate environment for that purpose.

Outputs produced by an automated assessment or tool should not be treated as replacing qualified professional judgement where such judgement is required.

21. Changes to this policy

Our website, technology and services may evolve.

We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time, including when we introduce new functionality such as accounts, assessments, communications tools, analytics or other digital services.

The current version will be published on this page and identified by its Last updated date.
